Required Health Coverage for the Super Visa Program
The Canadian Super Visa allows parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents to stay in Canada for up to 5 years at a time, renewable for up to 10 years total.
IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) requires applicants to show proof of Canadian health insurance with a minimum of $100,000 coverage before the visa is approved.
